Changes for switching appointment-frontend application and [queue] frontend application from Caddy web server to nginx
Changes

The build strategy changed from chained builds to simple docker strategy
Ports of the service and pods changed from 2015 to 8080
build configuration and deployment configuration changes
csp header changed to include the new hash value of the inline script
